RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to recommend the City Council approve entering into a
professional services agreement with ISG to provide the professional services to design
and development the Trail Head/Restrooms/Concessions Park Building at the Flint Hills
Athletic Complex.
BACKGROUND
The City of Rosemount recently invited the two consulting firms from the City’s consulting pool for
Architectural services to provide the City with a quote for designing a new park building. The new building
will serve as a trail head/restroom/concessions facility at the Flint Hills Athletic Complex. The anticipated
construction cost of the new building is $800,000.
The submittals that staff received are listed below.

The Flint Hills Athletic Complex was built in two phases. The first phase took place in 2013 and the
second in 2018. The park consists of seven green fields used for soccer, lacrosse and football. The park
also has a large sun shelter, internal trails and will also soon have a playground added.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council approve entering into a professional services agreement with ISG to
provide the professional services to design and development the Trail Head/Restrooms/Concessions Park
Building at the Flint Hills Athletic Complex.
