RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve resolution approving mediated settlement
agreement and release of claims.
BACKGROUND
The Council is being asked to consider approval of a settlement agreement relating to the matter pending at
the State of Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH # 8-3600-36299) entitled “In the Matter
of the City of Rosemount v. Danielle Waage and the Public Employees Retirement Association”.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the resolution approving a mediated settlement agreement and release of
claims.
