RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve an Off-Sale Liquor License for Yayin
Gadol, LLC DBA Top Ten Liquors for the premise located at 15047 Crestone Ave
BACKGROUND
An off-sale liquor license application was received for Yayin Gadol, LLC DBA Top Ten Liquors for the
premise located at 15047 Crestone Ave.
Top Ten Liquors has submitted the required liquor license application materials and liquor liability
insurance information. Top Ten Liquors will be leasing the previous MGM Liquors with an anticipated
opening date at the end of September. A background investigation was completed by the Police
Department.
Based upon the results of the background investigation, police staff found no reason to deny the liquor
license. The City fee for the license is $200.00 for the year, however the license will be issued for the
remainder of the year for a pro rata fee. The liquor license expires at the end of the year which falls in line
with the other off – sale liquor licenses. The license will require final approval by the Minnesota
Department of Public Safety.
RECOMMENDATION
Upon holding the public hearing that is required for any new liquor applications, Staff recommends
approval of the Off-Sale Liquor License for Yayin Gadol, LLC DBA Top Ten Liquors for the premise
located at 15047 Crestone Ave.
