RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to receive a donation from Flint Hills Resources to be
utilized at a later date by the Rosemount Fire Department for training.
BACKGROUND
The Council is asked to approve a donation from Flint Hills Resources in the amount of $500.00. This
donation was provided to the Fire Department as a contribution towards training needs. This donation
was never officially accepted by the Council as it was unclear when it was received as to where it should be
applied.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends City Council approval of a motion to receive a donation from Flint Hills Resources.
