BACKGROUND
The City Plans to partner with Dakota County at the Flint Hills Athletic Complex to construct a building
that will serve dual purposes. First it will be a restroom and concessions facility for the green fields at the
Flint Hills Athletic Complex and the second purpose would be a trailhead for the Rosemount Greenway.
The greenway that will run through the athletic complex will connect Lebanon Hills Regional Park with
Spring Lake Park Regional Park. The trail head at the Flint Hills Complex will provide access to parking,
restrooms, maps and bike fixing stations.
