Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development Master Development Plan with
Rezoning for Ardan Place. (20-47-PUD, 20-48-RZ, & 20-49-PP)
b. Request by Christina Dotseth for a variance from the side yard setback
standard for a two-story structure and a variance from the lot coverage maximum
to construct an addition to the principle structure. (20-50-V)
