Regular meetings and work sessions of the Rosemount Port Authority are public meetings. At
regular meetings, the Port Authority provides an opportunity for the public to comment on any topic
and allows for formal action to be taken at thos e regular meetings. At work sessions, the Port
Authority will allow the public to participate with reasonable time restrictions and no formal action is
allowed.
