RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to recommend the Parks and Recreation Commission
support the City Council approving the 10 year CIP Plan with the projects listed in the
executive summary.
ISSUE
The City of Rosemount is in the process of updating our 10 year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP Budget).
The CIP includes larger parks and recreation facility projects, equipment purchases and is updated
annually. Staff would like for the Commission to review the attached CIP projects and provide feedback to
staff. The main focus of the review should be for 2021 items because those are projects that we are or will
be working on for next year. The following years are place holders for proposed projects and can be
changed prior to the budget being finalized.
Staff is recommending the Parks and Recreation Commission support the City Council approving the CIP
Budget.
