RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the 2021 Planning Commission Meeting Schedule.
BACKGROUND
The Planning Commission meeting calendar for 2021 is provided and should be reviewed by
Commissioners to make sure there are no known conflicts. After approval, staff will post the meeting
dates with submittal date requirements.
DISCUSSION
Please take a special look at the following months:
March – The Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for the week of ISD 196 spring break, on
Tuesday, March 23, 2021. An option would be to move the meeting back one week to Tuesday,
March 30, 2021.
November – The Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for the week of Thanksgiving, on
Tuesday, November 23, 2021. An option would be to move the meeting back one week to
Tuesday, November 30, 2020.
December – The Planning Commission meeting is scheduled in between Christmas and New
Years on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. An option would be to have the meeting early on Monday,
December 20, 2021.
RECOMMENDATION
Reschedule any meetings and approve the 2021 Planning Commission Meeting schedule.
