RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve 2021 Education and Outreach Activities
DISCUSSION:
During goal setting discussions that have occurred since August, the ESC has laid out a number of
education tasks it would like to implement through the end of 2021. The COVID 19 Pandemic
complicates engagement activities due to the need to remain socially distant. Attached is a proposed
calendar of 2021 education and outreach activities that has been reviewed by City staff. Please note, the
calendar is 11x17 inches in size so as to allow it to fit on one sheet.
SUMMARY:
Recommend approval of the 2021 Education & Outreach Calendar and assigning associated tasks to
commissioners.
