RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the liquor license renewal for House of
Curry
BACKGROUND
Staff recommends approval to renew the liquor license as presented. City Council approved a majority of
the licenses at the December 1, 2020 regular meeting; however, House of Curry did not have the required
documents submitted in time.
Renewal:
House of Curry
3420 150th Street, Suite 119
On-Sale Wine including Strong Beer and 3.2% Malt Liquor
The Police Department conducted a criminal background of any new owners or managers. Applicants are
required to and have submitted proof of insurance, renewal fees and the necessary paperwork for the
renewal.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval the liquor license listed above.
