ACTION: Motion to approve the meeting dates listed in the executive
summary for 2021.
ISSUE
Historically the Parks and Recreation Commission has met on the fourth Monday of each month and that
will continue for 2021. Listed below are the dates that staff is recommending the Commission meet for
2021. Due to a couple of holidays, staff will ask the Commission to consider meeting on the third Monday
of the month in March and December. Listed below are the dates staff is recommending we meet in 2021.
