BACKGROUND
Based on results of the 2020 election, Jeff Weisensel and Heidi Freske will be sworn in as Councilmembers
immediately after the meeting is called to order before any business is transacted.

I, Jeff Weisensel, solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United
States and of the State of Minnesota, and faithfully discharge the duties of a member
of the City Council for the City of Rosemount in the County of Dakota and the State
of Minnesota, to the best of my judgment and ability. So help me God.
