DISCUSSION:
The Rosemount Home & Business Expo is scheduled for Saturday May 8, 2021, from 9:00AM to 3:00PM
at Hope Field House. A booth space has been set aside for Commissioners to provide information or
activities. Commissioners will staff the booth for the day. Planning is required to decide on outreach
materials/activities provided at the booth. Kim Ciresi and Renee Burman are captaining organization of
this activity for the Commission.

Anticipated # of attendees: 500

City will provide: table and table cloth. Electrical access – what should we use it for?
Will Tom Schuster be at the Commission or City booth?
Details on set up/take down – how much in advance can we set up or take down afterwards?
What will the expected vendor and attendee safety protocols be?
