BACKGROUND The City of Rosemount has prepared a detailed stormwater maintenance plan, a draft has been provided with this report. This plan will provide a framework for a more detailed discussion and preparation of a final plan that can be used for budgeting, rate setting and Capital Improvement Plan preparation. DISCUSSION Staff has prepared the draft plan for an initial discussion. Included in this plan are various items of work including routine maintenance, dredging, and larger system expansion/improvements. The rate plan and CIP currently have funding programmed in an effort to increase the system maintenance; however, specific projects have not been programmed. These should be established in order to ensure that they can be properly funded and completed. It should be noted there may be projects that are presented as an opportunity in conjunction with other work and those will be added as funding allows. RECOMMENDATION Discussion only.
