BACKGROUND
Jeanne Schwartz, President of the Rosemount Area Arts Council (RAAC), has asked for time to update the
City Council on RAAC activities over the past year and plans for the future. The City continues to have a
service agreement with RAAC which continues to offer special events for area residents.
