ATTACHMENTS: Technology Task Force Final Project List APPROVED BY: LJM RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Technology Task Force project list and vision statement. BACKGROUND At its March 10, 2021 meeting, the task force developed a list of proposed projects to be reviewed and considered for implementation in the future. City staff combined all the project ideas that were gathered during the Task Force’s project brainstorming session; broke them out into three categories – Internal Work Flows, Public Facing, and Community Projects; and assigned a broad deadline based on City resources and project scope. Councilmember Weisensel shared a proposed a vision statement that staff has modified slightly to be considered by the task force. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval of the Technology Task Force project list and vision statement.
