RECOMMENDED ACTION: Prioritize the Task Force Project List and discuss the next
steps of project implementations
BACKGROUND
At its March 10, 2021 meeting, the task force developed a list of proposed projects to be reviewed and
considered for implementation in the future. City staff combined all the project ideas that were gathered
during the Task Force’s project brainstorming session; broke them out into three categories – Internal
Work Flows, Public Facing, and Community Projects; and assigned a broad deadline based on City
resources and project scope.
Staff have provided general guidelines to assist in the process of determining the feasibility and
prioritization of projects.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff is recommending that the Task Force prioritizes projects based on City resources and project
effectiveness and select the first projects the Task Force will address.
