ATTACHMENTS: None APPROVED BY: LJM RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to declare the item listed in the executive summary as surplus property and for staff to try to sell the item. BACKGROUND The Parks and Recreation Department is asking that the City Council declare a sound board at the Rosemount Steeple Center as surplus property. The equipment was purchased in 2011 and is scheduled to be replaced this spring with a new sound board. By declaring this item as surplus property, it will authorize staff to appropriately recycle, sell or dispose of the equipment. The item listed below is no longer used within the City’s operations. Sound Board Fixed Asset Tag #002219 RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends the City Council declare the item listed above as surplus property.
