DISCUSSION:
In an ongoing effort to promote environmental programs to the residents, businesses, and visitors to the
City of Rosemount, the City provides information on applicable topics and programs on its website at
https://ci.rosemount.mn.us/. The City is seeking input into information posted on the website and layout
from the ESC in order to help ensure a user-friendly experience. Some of the web pages that may be of
greatest interest to the Commission include the following:

1. More clearly state the mission and goal of the ESC.
a. Have an overview/introductory paragraph
2. More clearly state City environmental accomplishments

3. Meeting/agenda links on ESC webpage
a. Update meetings location section to include information about virtual meetings
4. Easier navigation with links to environmental information of interest
a. We could start with information that is handed out at events
5. Questions or comments link
6. Calendar of events
7. Task force becomes a commission is old news and should be deleted
8. Correct typos
9. Add more recent examples of commission actions/activities
