ISSUE
The City of Rosemount is in the process of updating our 10 year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP Budget).
The CIP includes larger parks, recreation facility projects, equipment purchases and is updated annually.
Included in the packet is a list of projects that have been discussed as priorities of the Parks and
Recreation Commission in past years. The list of projects is a starting point for what the Commission
would like to see in the CIP Budget.
Staff would like for the Commission to discuss the project list and provide feedback to staff.
Staff expects that the CIP Budget Plan will be on the Commission's agenda at our next regular meeting in
October or November of 2021.
