RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the 2021-2022 officer appointments
BACKGROUND
We have a strong group of officers currently serving on the Rosemount Fire Department and they
continue to grow in experience each year. This past year was a challenge for our officers and each of them
stepped up to the plate and met that challenge head on.
Each year, officers are appointed or reappointed to serve the Department. After a thorough process, Chief
Schroeder and Assistant Chief Jim Voelker recommend the appointment of the below officers:
Captain Scott Engelmann (Station 1)
Captain Tim Behrendt (Station 1)
Lieutenant Kelly Ritchie (Station 1)
Lieutenant Jeff Feeder (Fire Prevention/Training Station 1)
Captain Brad Miller (Station 2)
Captain Chris Dyson (Training)
Lieutenant Chad Ganfield (Station 2)
Lieutenant Jim Olinger (Fire Prevention/Training Station 2)
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the appointment of the attached officer’s list for the term of June 1, 2021 to May 31,
2022.
