DISCUSSION
The ESC regular meeting is currently scheduled to occur at 5:30 PM on the third Tuesday of the month.
This meeting time conflicts with the regularly scheduled time of the Port Authority at 6:00 PM on the third
Tuesday of the month and a City Council Meeting scheduled for 7:00 PM on the third Tuesday of the
month. These conflicts have interfered with the ability of City Council and other staff to further
participate in ESC meetings. City staff would like the ESC to consider switching the time of the regular
meeting to a different day of the month. To aid in the discussion, the table below helps illustrate when
other groups/commissions are meeting and certain city observed holidays that fall on a specific day of the
month:
