RECOMMENDED ACTION: Provide feedback on the Citizen Problem Reporter
BACKGROUND
At its August 11th meeting, the task force received a short demonstration of the new Citizen Problem
Reporter application and was asked to begin testing the application. Task force members were asked to
prepare feedback on the usability, functionality, and overall feel of the application.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the task force provides feedback and recommendations from their experience with the
Citizen Problem Reporter Application.
