RECOMMENDED ACTION: Discuss the Technology Task Force project list and select the
next project(s) for implementation
BACKGROUND
At its March 10, 2021 meeting, the task force developed a list of proposed projects to be reviewed and
considered for implementation. City staff combined all project ideas that were gathered during the Task
Force’s project brainstorming session; broke them into three categories – Internal Work Flows, Public
Facing, and Community Projects; and assigned a broad deadline based on City resources and project
scope.
This list was created to help guide the task force with selecting projects which will have the greatest
positive impact on the City.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff is recommending that the Task Force discusses the project list and considers the next project(s) for
implementation.
