BACKGROUND
At its October 13th meeting, the task force reviewed a business case for the need of more policies and
ordinances encouraging the construction of electric vehicle charging stations. It was recommended that
the business case be shared with the City’s Environment and Sustainability Commission so they can
discuss the issue at their next meeting on November 9th, 2021.
City staff will provide an update to the task force on what was discussed at this meeting.
