RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the license for the firms listed in the
executive summary to haul solid waste in the City of Rosemount
BACKGROUND
As required by Ordinance 5-1-5, solid waste haulers in Rosemount are required to obtain a license from
the City. The haulers listed below have submitted a 2022 Solid Waste Haulers License Application, have
provided all of the information required in the application, and have paid their license fee.
1. Alpha Container Services Construction
2. Republic Servicers/Allied Waste Residential, Commercial
3. Lloyd’s Construction Services Construction
4. DSI/LSI Residential, Commercial, Construction
5. Waste Management Residential, Commercial, Construction
6. Aspen Waste Systems Inc. Commercial
7. Inver Grove Sanitation Residential, Commercial
8. Keith Krupenny and Son Construction
9. Tennis Roll Off, LLC Construction
10. Ray Anderson Box Service Construction
11. Randy’s Sanitation Construction
12. Nitti Sanitation/Lightning Disposal Residential, Commercial, Construction
13. Highland Sanitation Residential, Commercial
RECOMMENDATION
This is a request for Council to approve the Solid Waste Haulers License Application for the firms listed
above.
