Memo of Understanding (MOU) – Post Retirement Health Care Savings Amend language of the existing MOU to allow employees in this union to increase their contribution from $50 to $100 per pay period to the Employee’s account in the Minnesota State Retirement System (MSRS) Post Retirement Health Care Savings Plan.
