CALL TO ORDER: Farrell called the meeting to order at 7:02p.m. 2. ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO THE AGENDA: MOTION by Farrell on behalf of the Parks and Recreation Commission to formally thank the Leprechaun Days Committee and City Staff on hosting such a successful Leprechaun Days Event. SECOND by DeBettignies. Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Motion passed. 3. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES: June 28, 2021 Approved by DeBettignies, Second by Schaap. Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 4. AUDIENCE INPUT: None 5. DISCUSSION (Response to Audience Input): None 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Parks and Recreation Commission Priority Projects – MOTION by DeBettignies to approve the Parks and Recreation Commission Priority List with the option to amend in the future if necessary. SECOND by Grossman. Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Motion passed. 7. NEW BUSINESS: a. Amber Fields – The City of Rosemount has received plans for the Amber Fields Development which is located on a portion of the UMore property south of County Road 42 and west of Akron Avenue. Staff has pulled some information from a page out the plan set that shows how the project would be developed. The entire site is 435.55 acres and they are proposing to build approximately 1,959 units of varying types across property. More project details will be available for the August meeting. b. Director’s Report Park Improvement Fund Balance as of June 30, 2021: $3,070,831.16 Inflows to the Park Improvement Fund last month were as follows: Dedication fees – $0 Grants/Other - $0 Interest - $80.21 Donations - $0 Expenditures - $103,443 (Central Park concrete and fencing at Flint Hills) 8. ADJOURNMENT - MOTION by Grossman to adjourn the meeting. SECOND by Bonkoski. Ayes:5 Nays: 0 Motion passed.
