RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve participation in the Leprechaun Days
Midsummer Faire on July 29 and July 30, 2022.
DISCUSSION
The Environment & Sustainability Commission and previously Task Force has hosted a booth at the
Leprechaun Days Midsummer Faire the last several years when offered. The booth typically features
information on programs related to the ESC’s goals, and commissioners are expected to take turns
staffing, setting up, and taking down the booth.
The 2022 Leprechaun Days Midsummer Fair will be held on Friday July 29 from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
and Saturday July 30 from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Set up time for booths typically begins around 3:00 on
Friday, and booths typically close by 9:00 PM each night.
SUMMARY
Commissioners will decide on whether to continue participation in the Leprechaun Days Midsummer
Faire.
