RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Resolution Accepting Harmony Parkview 2
Addition, City Project 2018-02, Public Improvements for Perpetual Maintenance.
BACKGROUND

Public improvements installed as part of Harmony Parkview 2 Addition, City Project 2018-02, include
water, sanitary sewer and stormwater infrastructure during the 2020 and 2021 construction seasons. Street
construction in this subdivision is private.
The developer requested final acceptance of the public improvements and has submitted documentation
required for public acceptance, including lien waivers, as-builts and the final pay voucher. WSB, the City’s
designer/inspector for the project recommends approval and acceptance of the public improvements.
RECOMMENDATION

Upon City acceptance of the work, the public improvements constructed in Harmony Parkview 2
Addition, City Project 2018-02, shall become City property per the subdivision agreement. Staff
recommends that City Council approve the resolution accepting the improvements for perpetual
maintenance.

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
ND
FOR HARMONY PARKVIEW 2 ADDITION
CITY PROJECT 2020-16
WHEREAS, the developer has submitted documentation for City acceptance of the public
improvements;
WHEREAS, the City has confirmed the public improvements were installed in accordance with the
approved plans and specifications and finds the improvements acceptable;
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota. The work completed
under said agreement is hereby accepted for perpetual maintenance and ownership.

ADOPTED this 15 day of March, 2022.
