ISSUE
Staff has been working with LHB Consultants to develop a few draft park plans for the small mini – park
that will soon be developed in the Dunmore neighborhood. The park land is approximately .59 acres in
size and located next to a future regional trail to the east and Cadogan Way to the west.
The designs that are included in the packet are focused on passive neighborhood recreation. It is expected
that most of the people visiting the park will be either from the neighborhood or the using the regional
trail. The key items to the design would be internal trails, a playground and a sun shelter.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff will share some recommended language at the meeting on Monday and provide some assistance with
developing a recommendation on how to move forward with a final design.
