RECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff expects to recommend the project be awarded to the low
bidder.
ISSUE
The Bella Vista Greenway Trail was recently posted for bids. Please see the attached location map to see
where the trail is proposed to be built.
On March 25, 2022 the City will receive bids for the construction of the Bella Vista Greenway project.
Because these bids were received after the packet was sent out, the bids will be provided at the meeting on
Monday. The project construction costs are being paid by Dakota County and the design and construction
observation are being paid for by the City of Rosemount
RECOMMENDATION
Staff expects to recommend the project be awarded to the low bidder.
