BACKGROUND
During the review of the City’s fees in late 2021, it was suggested that we review our rental fees in order to
try to increase rentals at the Steeple Center. Staff suggested that we bring back our usage rates to review if
a possible change in fees might positively increase rentals.
Listed below are the usage rates at both the Steeple Center and the Rosemont Community Center banquet
facilities for Fridays and Saturdays from October 2021 and projected through October 2022.
Facility Friday Saturday
RCC Banquet Hall 59% 86%
Steeple Center Assembly Hall 50% 80%
