SPECIAL MEETING PROCEEDINGS
JUNE 14, 2022
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held
on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Rosemount City Hall, Council Chambers, 2875
145th Street West.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Councilmember Weisensel, and Freske.
Councilmembers Essler and Block were absent.
Staff present included City Administrator Martin and Parks & Recreation Director Schultz.
NEW BUSINESS
2.a. On-Sale on Public Premises Liquor License – Carbone’s Pizza & Pub
City Administrator Martin presented the background on the On-Sale licensing process. Parks and
Recreation Director Schultz updated council on the Rhythm Fest event scheduled for June 17, 2022.
Event will take place in Central Park. Councilmember Weisensel requested additional information
regarding the upcoming event.
Councilmembers discussed topics to have at their booth such as a Polco Sign-up station and
reviewing community survey results.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Weisensel,
second by Freske the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 12:06 pm.
