City Project 2018-11, Public Improvements for Perpetual Maintenance.
BACKGROUND
Public improvements installed as part of Harmony Parkview 1st Addition, City Project 2018-11, included
sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer during the 2018/2019 construction season.
The developer requested final acceptance of the public improvements. At this time, some final

indicates all work is in alignment with the specifications and standards, and recommends acceptance of the
public improvements.

Upon City acceptance of the work, the public improvements constructed in Harmony Parkview 1st
