Inspection 303473615, opened May 16, 2000. Endres entered into a payment plan June
7, 2002 of 52,750.00 per month for twelve months. The final payment will be paid no
later than May 20, 2003. If paid according to plan, the file will be closed on that date.
Inspection 304799943, opened October 9, 2001 aud closed May 14. 2002.
