RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the DCJD,LLC, dba, North 20 Brewing
Company On-Sale License on Public Premises Liquor License to serve intoxicating
beverages valid upon council approval through December 31, 2022
BACKGROUND
Staff recommends approval of On-Sale Licenses on Public Premise DCJD,LLC, dba, North 20 Brewing
Company. The applicant has submitted the required $350 fee and provided an updated certificate of
insurance to serve off-site. The license term will run from approval upon Council through December 31,
2022.
City Code 3-1-13 On-Sale License on Public Premise states the City Council may issue to the holder of an
on-sale intoxicating liquor license issued by the city or a municipality adjacent to the city, a license to allow
the dispensing of intoxicating liquor at any convention, banquet, conference, meeting or social affair
conducted on the premises of a sports, convention or cultural facility owned by the City. This license will
also allow the dispensing of intoxicating liquor off premises at a community festival held within the
municipality. No public hearing is required for the granting of an on-sale license on public premises.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council approve the on-sale on public premise license for DCJD,LLC, dba, North 20
Brewing Company.
