Minutes of the August 1, 2022 Regular MeetingROSEMOUNT CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS AUGUST 1, 2022 CALL TO ORDER Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in Rosemount Council Chambers 2875 145th Street West. Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Councilmembers Block, Weisensel and Freske attending. Councilmember Essler was absent. Staff present included the following; • City Administrator Martin The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. APPROVAL OF AGENDA City Administrator Martin noted that item 6.l. was added earlier today, “Approve a Subdivision Agreement for Amber Fields 4th Development”. Motion by Weisensel Second by Block Motion to Adopt the Agenda Ayes: 4. Nays: None. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None CONSENT AGENDA Motion by Weisensel Second by Block Motion to approve consent agenda items. a. Bills Listing b. Minutes of the July 19, 2022 Regular Meeting c. Commissioner Appointments d. Fire Relief Fund Benefit Proposal e. Great River Energy Relocation Agreement for Auburn Avenue f. Approve Replacement Subdivision Agreement for Amber Fields 2nd Development g. Accept Zoning Code Update Proposal & Authorize Staff to Enter into a Contract for Professional Services with HKGi h. Northern Natural Gas Encroachment Agreement for Autumn Path i. Approve a Subdivision Agreement for Amber Fields 3rd Development j. Approve a Subdivision Agreement for Amber Fields 5th Development k. Approve a Subdivision Agreement for Talamore 2nd Development l. Approve a Subdivision Agreement for Amber Fields 4th Development Ayes: Weisensel, Block, Droste, Freske Nays: None. Motion carried. ROSEMOUNT CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS AUGUST 1, 2022 ANNOUNCEMENTS 10.a. Staff Updates City Administrator Martin provided the following updates; Mr. Martin congratulated the 3 commissioners appointed to commissions this evening, Night to Unite is tomorrow evening and thanked everyone for another successful Leprechaun Days. 10.b. Upcoming Community Calendar Mayor Droste reviewed the calendar of events and upcoming meetings.
