Dear Mr. Brotzler:
Rick Pearson has referred me to you in regard to a lot split
application that has been pending since August 8, 2000. For
several months now, I have been awaiting further direction from
the City as to "payment of fees" and "execution of a subdivision
agreement (reference staff report of September 12, 2000)
Mr. Pearson advises me that the matter has been in your hands
for some time. Two years seems to be a sufficient time to handle
such a matter. Please advise me of the requirements necessary to
complete this matter.
