RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive presentation from the Watershed and provide

DISCUSSION
The City of Rosemount lies within the boundaries of the Vermillion River Watershed Joint Powers
Organization (VRWJPO). The VRWJPO is a government organization that has regulatory jurisdiction of
some aspects of surface and groundwaters within their bounds and provides educational programing on
water quality and conservation. Brita Moore-Kutz with VRWJPO will be on hand to present an overview
various VRWJPO programs.
