DISCUSSION The City of Rosemount lies within the boundaries of the Vermillion River Watershed Joint Powers Organization (VRWJPO). The VRWJPO is a government organization that has regulatory jurisdiction of some aspects of surface and groundwaters within their bounds and provides educational programing on water quality and conservation. Brita Moore-Kutz with VRWJPO will be on hand to present an overview various VRWJPO programs. SUMMARY No action required, informational only. Coordinating Action Organize and help coordinate projects within communities to protect and conserve water.
