RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to recommend the City Council approve entering into a
professional services agreement in the amount of $55,227 with Bolton and Menk to provide
the professional services to design and development Pickle Ball Complex and Dog Park
facility
BACKGROUND
The City of Rosemount recently invited three consulting firms to provide the City with a quote for
designing a new pickle ball complex and dog park on a property just south of the UMore Ballfields
Complex. The property is about 20 acres in size and is being dedicated to the City by the developer of
Amber Fields.
The request for proposal asked for pricing for the following project deliverables:
• 2 Work Session meetings with the City Council
• 1 Work Session meeting with the Parks and Recreation Commission
• 3 meetings with City staff
• 1 Public input meeting
• Development of a Master Plan Concept
• Project Cost Estimating for the master plan
• Construction plans and specifications
The submittals that staff received are listed below. Funds for this work exist in the Park Dedication account.

RECOMMENDATION
Motion to recommend the City Council approve entering into a professional services agreement with
Bolton and Menk to provide the professional services to design and development plans for a pickle ball
complex and dog park facility.
