DISCUSSION
The Commission provides an update to City Council annually on the work it has completed during the
year. Information on education and outreach events, new policies enacted, and other relevant information
is shared. The next available Council meetings for a presentation are December 6, December 20, and
January 3 (tentative).
SUMMARY
Discuss information to include in the annual update and choose an individual or team to prepare and give
the presentation at an upcoming City Council meeting.
