RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Set the 2023 Utility Commission Meetings per the
Attached Calendar
To be respectful of both the commissioners’ time as well as staff time commitment, staff proposes
quarterly meeting of the Utility Commission with the exception of the fall utility rate review process
(September-November). This reduces the overall number of meetings to six.
o 2023 Meetings would be held on March 27th, June 26th, September 25th, October 23rd, November 27th,
and December 18th.
o The December 2023 meeting will take place on December 18, 2023, due to the holiday being observed
on December 25th.
Attached is a calendar with highlighted dates, holding to the fourth Monday of the months in which the
meetings have been scheduled. Meetings can be changed if it is voted on and there is a quorum present.
Please bring your 2023 calendars to discuss any potential conflicts.
