Jay Palda to 3 -year term on Planning Commission
Dianne Howell to 3 -year term on Planning Commission
Jeanne Schwartz to remaining 2 years of 3 -year term on Planning
Jason Eisold to 3 -year term on Parks Recreation Commission
Shawn Mulhern to 3 -year term on Utilities Commission

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
BACKGROUND
The City's vanous commissions have vacancies that require the City Council to make appointments.
ISSUE
Planning Commission has three vacancies. Two of the vacancies are for full three -year terms. The other
vacancy is to fill the remaining two years of an unexpired three -year term. Current Planning
Commissioner Jeanne Schwartz has applied for reappointment.
The Parks Recreation Commission has one full three -year term to be filled.
The Utilities Commission has one full three -year term to he filled. Current Utilities Commissioner Shawn
Mulhern has applied for reappointment.
The City Council interviewed six candidates on Monday, February 27. A seventh candidate was
interviewed on Tuesday, January 21.
