DISCUSSION
The Commission provides an update to City Council annually on the work it has completed during the year.
Information on education and outreach events, new policies recommended, and other relevant information
is shared. Chair Schlautman has volunteered to prepare a draft presentation and give the presentation.
The Commission is currently tentatively scheduled to provide an update to Council at the 5:00 PM Council
Work Session on March 7. However, with the ongoing appointment process for two Council members
further delay may be appropriate in order to allow the new members to get more fully immersed in their
duties and responsibilities. The City is requesting that all Commissioners be present if able.
