Commission Meetings per the Attached Calendar.
DISCUSSION
The Commission sets the meeting dates for the coming year (April-March) at the first meeting of the
calendar year annually. Attached is a calendar of recommended meeting dates in green that show when
meetings would occur if held on the current schedule of the second Tuesday of every month, with the
exception of July; the recommended meeting date for July is on a Wednesday to accommodate a change in
the City Council meeting schedule. The attached is a recommendation, and the Commission can vote to
have a different schedule of meetings than that recommended. We encourage commissioners to bring a
calendar to discuss any conflicts.
SUMMARY
Vote to set April 2023-March 2024 meeting schedule.
