RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the license for the firms listed in the
executive summary to haul solid waste in the City of Rosemount
BACKGROUND
As required by Ordinance 5-1-5, solid waste haulers in Rosemount are required to obtain a license from
the City. The haulers listed below have submitted a 2023 Solid Waste Haulers License Application, have
provided all of the information required in the application, and have paid their license fee.
1. Waste Management of MN Inc Residential, Commercial, Construction
2. Lloyds Construction of Services Inc Construction
3. Alpha Container Services & Recycling Construction
4. Keith Krupenny and Sons Construction
5. Tennis Roll Off, LLC Construction
6. Anderson's Dumpster Box Service, Inc Commercial, Construction
7. Nitti Sanitation Inc Residential, Commercial
8. Aspen Waste Systems Inc Commercial
9. Allied Waste Services of North America (Republic
Services)

10. Dicks Sanitation Inc. Residential, Commercial
11. Highland Sanitation Residential, Commercial

RECCOMENDATION
Staff recommends the Council approve the Solid Waste Haulers License Application for the firms listed
above.
