Park Improvement Fund Balance as of November 30, 2022: $3,749,238.26 Inflows to the Park Improvement Fund last month were as follows: Dedication fees – $3,400 Grants/Other - $0 Interest - $5,274.98 Donations - $0 Expenditures – $162,780.24(Flint Hills Park building, Bella Vista Greenway, Central Park master planning, Flint Hills fencing and Winds Park new fencing) The Winter/Spring edition of the Parks and Recreation activities brochure was delivered to Rosemount residents on approximately December 1. This brochure highlights our popular Learn to Skate program, adult basketball leagues, youth and family nature programs, plus much more! Many special events such as the Parent/Child dance, Family Fun Fest, the Spring Egg Hunt and Story Walk are featured. Numerous senior activities, trips and special events hosted at the Steeple Center are also included. Indoor and outdoor skating information and warming house hours and locations are also featured in this publication. Outdoor Ice - Warming Houses and Outdoor Rinks opened for the season on Monday, December 26th. Holiday Cheer Party – On Wednesday December 21st, we hosted our 6th annual Holiday Cheer party at the Steeple Center for the 55+ community. The event included bingo, prizes, refreshments and holiday treats. Despite the snowy weather that day, we had about 70 people in attendance!
