ATTACHMENTS: Oath of Office APPROVED BY: LJM RECOMMENDED ACTION: None BACKGROUND Paul Theisen and Tami Klimpel will be sworn in as Councilmembers immediately after the meeting is called to order before any business is transacted. Paul Theisen will fill the remainder of Mayor Weisensel’s council term – a two-year commitment. Tami Klimpel will step into a temporary appointment until November of 2023 when a special election can be held for the remaining term of Tammy Block’s open position.
